Building Your Personal Resilience

This course comprises a series of three video lessons supported by the Working Mind app.

Before starting the course

Please install the Working Mind app on your mobile device as you’ll be using it during each Lesson:

  • From your preferred mobile device, search Working Mind AU on the App store or Google Play.
  • Install the app and accept the Terms & Conditions.
  • From the main menu tap eLearning Courses and then BYPR Online Course.
  • Enter this Workshop ID: BYPROC

You’ll then see a list of resources:

  • Personal Resilience Assessment (PRA) which you’ll be using during Lesson 1.
  • MP3 audio techniques – resilience techniques you’ll be invited to practice during the course and beyond.
  • Workshop Notes – HTML notes of everything we explore during the course, plus a bonus module Getting a Good Night’s Sleep.
  • Downloadable Notes & MP3s – includes a printable version of the notes in workbook form, and saveable versions of the MP3s.
  • Personal Resilience Action Plan – a tool you can use on completion of the course to help you determine your immediate next steps.

Select Lesson 1 below and start the Lesson 1 video. On completion, you’ll need to take the Lesson 1 Quiz before moving on to Lesson 2.
