Any other disclosure, copying, display, distribution or misuse of this information is prohibited without permission.
Use of Downloadable Documents and Files
Downloadable documents and files and the information contained within are provided for the direct personal use of our authorised agents, clients and workshop/training program attendees only. Files may be copied, burnt, reproduced, replicated, duplicated or transferred solely to facilitate that use and no other. Any other copying, reproduction, replication, duplication or transference is prohibited without prior permission.

WMRT makes available the provision to download particular documents and files on the conditions set out below. If you do not agree with these conditions, then you should not download the material.
Downloadable Document and File Conditions
The information is provided on the basis that upon downloading you will conduct such virus scanning and other checks as may be necessary to ensure that the downloaded material will not corrupt in any way your data, software or systems or those of any other person.
You acknowledge and agree that we will not be under any liability to you for any loss or damage including consequential loss or damage however caused, whether by negligence or otherwise, that arises in any way from the use of the downloaded material.
If you provide the downloaded material to another party, then you should bring to the attention of that other party these conditions and only provide the downloaded material on the same conditions as those on which the original downloaded material was provided to you.
Resilience, stress management and deep-relaxation techniques may not be suitable for those with certain physical or mental health conditions. Please consult your doctor or an appropriate health professional prior to beginning any break-out session, workshop, seminar or program, and prior to using any downloadable files or files contained in the Working Mind app.
It is possible that you may feel drowsy after practicing the techniques. On completion of any practice ensure that you fully externalise and feel thoroughly grounded, awake and alert prior to undertaking any subsequent activity. Do not listen to the techniques while driving or working with dangerous equipment.
All personal and health information provided to us is strictly confidential to WMRT and only disclosed to third parties with your written consent or in case of emergency.
WMRT is not responsible for any illness, injury or mishap that may occur to any person using any program, technique, CD, digital file or app, or to any person using same without the prior approval of WMRT.
