Master Your Mind

Master Your Mind is a unique program for building resilience and empowering staff to perform at their peak.

Blending psychological skills training with physiological stress management techniques and behavioural change tools, the program provides participants with the knowledge, skills and resources they need to increase self-awareness and respond more effectively to change.

Participants learn how to think more clearly, stay calm under pressure, and sustain a higher level of performance throughout their day.

  • A range of resources to encourage the ongoing development of resilience skills.

Training Profile

Master Your Mind is delivered in your workplace to groups of up to 16. The program provides skills-based, experiential learning supported by evidence-based theory and workplace integration tools.

The program includes comprehensive face-to-face training and a suite of take-away resources including a self-study Skills Enhancement Course and access to the Working Mind app.

The face-to-face training comprises a diverse range of training activities including formal presentation, group discussion, self-reflection & assessment, interactive and challenging group activities, workbook exercises and practical skills training.

Module 1: Controlling Your Stress Physiology (1hr 30mins)

  • Overview: resilience, stress and performance

Module 2: Performance and Recovery (1hr)

Module 3: Fuelling Resilience (45mins)

  • Food, mood and mental fitness
  • Dietary patterns and the mind
  • Nutritional strategies for optimal mental health

Module 4: Building a Resilient Mind-set (1hr 30mins)

  • Emotional resilience & mindfulness: enhancing health, performance and relationships
  • Responding to change: developing an open, aware and flexible mind-set

The Master Your Mind Skills Enhancement Course is a take-away, self-study program that supports participants to apply their training in their working and personal lives. The course promotes experiential learning, skills integration and long-term behavioural change.

Resilience Refresh is a follow-up session to the Master Your Mind program. This interactive, solution-focused two-hour workshop supports participants to review progress, build on their skills and develop resilience action plans.
