Working Mind has been delivering skills-based stress management workshops to workplaces around Australia since 2006. Participants learn through a combination of webinars, face-to-face training and ongoing support via the Working Mind app.

All our stress management workshops include training in practical stress management techniques. Via the Working Mind app participants take away mp3 audio files of the techniques delivered during the workshops to facilitate ongoing practice of their new-found skills.
